Jose founded Consult Avila in 2001. He is an experienced business transformation professional and Lean Thinker, with an excellent track record of delivering results in very challenging environments. He held a number of senior positions in the Aerospace and Automotive industries.
Dr Dudley Wood
Dudley has over 20 years experience of delivering step change and performance improvement, much of which has been at the leading edge within the UK manufacturing sector. He specialises in operations strategy, planning and supply chain management. He also leads Consult Avila's technology group.
Chris is an experienced supply chain management professional with expertise in managing complex projects and driving major organisational change. He brings operational experience in Strategy Development, Demand Management, Supply Chain Restructuring, Inventory Reduction and Performance Optimisation.
John is a Chartered Engineer and Executive with a broad background and multi-sector, international experience. A strong track record of helping businesses transform their manufacturing, product development and supply chain operations. He has 30 years consulting experience, focussed on leading large and complex programmes with international clients: performance improvement, cost reduction, and information technology deployment.
Dave is an experienced business leader and consultant with substantial experience in the Aerospace and Automotive sectors. A broad talent base including strategy, research and development, product engineering, manufacturing and commercial. In addition to consulting he has held roles in industry as a CEO, Non-Executive Director, Head of R&D, Operations Director and others
Chris is an experienced Engineer and Supply Chain Professional, specialising in performance improvement and cost reduction across supply chain, sourcing, operations and support functions applying lean and six sigma principles. He has held senior industry positions within Aerospace as Global Supply Chain Director, Senior Commodity Manager and Manufacturing Systems Manager and has over 15 years consulting experience.
Rob is an experienced engineer and supply chain management professional with over 25 years of consulting experience. He has a strong track record of shaping and delivering successful performance improvement and cost reduction programmes across a broad range of industry sectors and has worked for clients across Europe, North America and SE Asia.
